Fintage (AKA Fake Vintage)

I love the whole vintage vibe that some clothes have.  It can come in the form of a 60's print, a 40's shape or even a 20's accessory.  Unfortunately though, pieces that are vintage and still in style aren't always the perfect size or may have minor damage such as small holes or worn out fabric.  With this in mind, many stores have begun creating what I like to call "fintage" items.  These are items that appeal to the aesthetics of a past time and look like they'd be an amazing Goodwill find but are in fact brand new.  Urban Outfitters is definitely a leader in the "fintage" phenomenon and have, as Refinery29 recently pointed out, recruited a new vintage-looking brand Lyell for the fall.  Check out the pictures below and see what you think.  Also, feel free to weigh in on the real vintage vs. fintage debate.
